House Rules Important Information

- Dog Policy: This home may allow dogs with pre-approval. A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be manually added after booking. Unauthorized pets will result in a $300 fine.

- No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside will incur a $250 fine.

- Lost Items: Return requests incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs.

- Extended Stays (21+ days): Additional $50 long-term cleaning fee, manually added post-booking.

Pool Rules Notes

- Guests may NOT tamper with pool equipment, including adjusting temperature or spa settings. Damage caused by doing so may incur additional charges.

- Maintenance: Pool must be serviced twice weekly. Please do not be alarmed if pool technicians arrive during your stay.

- Disclaimer: While unlikely, heavy rain may also temporarily disrupt pool chemistry. By booking, you acknowledge these conditions.

Early Check-In

Late Check-Out
Our standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Please contact us the day before departure to request a late check-out. Late check-out is subject to availability and the following fees:
Up to 12:00 PM: $75 flat fee.
After 12:00 PM: Additional charges may apply, including the cost of an additional night.

Unapproved Late Check-Out:
Guests who remain at the property beyond the designated check-out time without prior approval may be subject to additional charges, up to the cost of an additional night.
