Nightly Rate Based on standard occupancy of 8 guests. Additional guest fee of $25 per person per night will apply for groups that exceed the standard occupancy, up to the maximum occupancy limit of 9 guests. Please ensure to enter the correct count of guests upon booking to avoid confusion.
Guest list required For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
Sign the rental agreement Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
PET POLICY Strictly NO pets are allowed.

Service animals assisting guests with disabilities are welcome in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.
Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are subject to the standard pet policy.
